Managing Director
Ian worked alongside his parents Ron and Betty after leaving school. He worked as a woodturner until the early 2000’s when he took Jackson Woodturners online, but he can still be found behind his lath and overseeing the warehouse. Outside of work, he enjoys holidays abroad and spending time with his granddaughters.

Luke officially joined the company in 2001, but has gained experience in the business and industry his entire life through helping his grandparents at work from an early age. Outside of work, he likes to spend time with his family.
Associate Director
Lucie joined the family business back in 2006, having previously spent time working within the retail space developing expertise in design and buying. Lucie’s role involves buying and sourcing new products. Outside of work, she enjoys running and spending time with her family.
Office Team Leader
Joanne has over 30 years of experience managing personnel and complaints, and is passionate about leading the team to success. She loves the family team atmosphere that the company embraces, and enjoys coaching and training the team.
